I'm recruiting for a senior product manager to join an established, high-growth technology company in Dublin. This is a permanent, senior role where you'll own the direction of a product area, work closely with engineering and analytics teams, and have a direct line to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of data and platform products
• Lead user research with senior internal stakeholders to uncover needs and pain points
• Translate business problems into clear requirements with measurable success criteria
• Prioritise the backlog with engineering and present quarterly recommendations to leadership
• Drive adoption, track usage and value, and decide where to invest, simplify or retire
• Partner with engineering, analytics and finance teams to deliver reliable, trusted data products
• Improve how products are planned, launched and measured

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in product management, with a large share on data-heavy, analytics or platform products
• A strong discovery habit: user interviews, testing and turning evidence into clear requirements
• Hands-on confidence with data, including SQL, understanding how data flows and challenging metrics that look wrong
• A record of influencing senior stakeholders and setting priorities without direct authority
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication
• AI tools as a normal part of how you research, analyse and write

Desirable

• Data or platform product experience in SaaS or cloud
• BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and cloud cost
• Finance data such as budgets or forecasts
• Engineering metrics such as delivery speed
• A technical degree or hands-on data background
